GenZ Dabba – Important Terms

  1. Advance Payment – Plan payment must be made in advance.
  2. No Refund – Plan payments are non-refundable once the plan starts.
  3. Fixed Menu – Individual dishes, quantities, or ingredients cannot be customized or replaced.
  4. Meal Cancellation – Inform us at least 3 hours before delivery to skip a meal.
  5. Tiffin Exchange – Please keep the empty tiffin ready/outside for collection.
  6. Plan Extension – Unused eligible meals can be extended for a maximum of 7 days.
  7. Delivery Delays – Timings may vary due to traffic, heavy rain, vehicle issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  8. Customer Availability – Please ensure someone is available to receive the tiffin or arrange a safe drop-off.
  9. Service Area – Delivery is available only within GenZ Dabba’s serviceable areas.
  10. Security Deposit – Refundable on full & final settlement, subject to return of the tiffin.

The amount is set by GenZ Dabba for the plan you chose — it can’t be edited here. Your payment goes directly from your own UPI app to us; this website never sees or stores your payment details. It shows as Pending until our team confirms it, and then your account is updated.
